With offices located in New York, London and Sydney, the Studios team part of a global consulting organisation that helps more than 40,000 customers in 170 countries around the world use Qlik technology.
My role in the team for this project was to carry out a website refresh that showcased the recent works that the global Sense team were implementing with customers worldwide.
Selecting a Content Management System, creating and applying the the right UI Design on top were part of my implementation to ensure that the team had a great looking responsive portfolio site to show internal colleagues and customers.
The only challenge discovered from a Requirements & Constraints exercise was to create a design that was softer than Qlik's brand identity but still embraced the essence of it.
Peer and Design reivews were conducted and after some minor tweaks, the UI Design was integrated into the Content Management System.
As the Senior UX /UI Specialist on the team my role was to evangelise User Experience Design, help enable and educate the customer facing consultants on UX so they could better identify opportunities as well as play a hand-on part in implementing the principles into all customer solutions.
Ideation and brainstorming around the design and content strategy approach.
Using best practice principles to help create great looking site.
aMobile first responsive design that was driven by a Content Management System.
