Chubb Global Markets (CGM) is the London Market wholesale and specialty arm of Chubb, providing global access to specialist underwriters in various areas. The area this web application would help Chubb in was financial revenue.
Using Qlik Sense as the underlying engine that drove the data content, I was able to base the UX workshop goals, frustrations and needs of the users. This is what influenced the design and data content.
